ordering Shopping at Ofra Shelef e is easy, the shop is divided into different collections. Use the navigation on the left to see items from the different collections. Clicking on the thumbnails for each item will take you to more detailed information and a larger photo of the item in question. At the right side of the page you can add the item to your shopping cart. Any items can be removed from your cart at any point up until final confirmation of your order.
registration and login You do not need to login or register in order to browse the Ofra Shelef shop. However you cannot purchase items in the shop unless you have registered your details (your name, email address and shipping address). Use the login control to login as a returning customer, or to register at the site for the first time. Your login details are stored securely on the Ofra Shelef servers, and remain confidential. We will not sell your data to third parties or share your data with other companies. payments Ofra Shelef payment system is the safe and secure PayPal. You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Switch/Maestro, solo. All prices on the Ofar Shelef shop are given in British Pounds Sterling (£) ans are shown inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 15%. Please note Ofra Shelef has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable
delivery information
Europe delivery - delivery is by "airsure" Royal Mail service and costs £8. Non Europe delivery - delivery is by "airsure" Royal Mail service and costs £12. Your parcel will require a signature on receipt. If your delivery has been delayed, please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number with which you can trace your parcel with the Royal Mail. All jewellery will be sent within 1-2 weeks from the time of ordering. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and will let you know the exact delivery date on a confirmation email after your order is being placed.
return/refund policy If the jewellery you received is not to your satisfaction you may return or exchange it, and we will refund or send you an alternative piece. Ofra Shelef wishes to guarantee the complete satisfaction of the customer. please return any unwanted items within 10 days. To arrange a return or exchange please email to info@ofrashelef.com quoting your name and address, details of the product and weather you require a refund or replacement. We will then advice on how to proceed with the return. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We can not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
Items returned should not be used or damaged and should be returned in the original packaging. Please note shipping costs can not be refunded. we refund in the original payment method within thirty days of goods returned back to us.
packaging The jewellery will be packed in a special Ofra Shelef box imprinted with our logo.
